I just had my first experience with North East Ford. I was very happy with the service I received from them. I needed a reliable and safe used vehicle. They helped me find the make and model I wanted and I was able to look at it as soon as it arrived at the dealership. I was in a situation where I needed some special accommodation, and the staff was very attentive and understanding to that. It made all the difference for me, and made it possible for me to test drive the vehicle and purchase it. Christopher assisted me with the sale and he was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, and all of my concerns were addressed. When I picked up the vehicle, everything was explained to me in detail, and each staff member present was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They made it a very pleasant and easy process. I highly recommend Northeast Ford and their staff.
